The best GTM work is invisible on a résumé.
We make it verifiable.
Apply free with any email. A named person on our team reviews the systems you have actually run, attests your track, and issues a permanent public credential. Companies hire you through HighFives, with US-hours roles wherever you are based.
Free, about five minutes. Any email works. You never pay, at any step.
You never pay
Not for assessment, not for certification, not for placement. Companies pay when they hire.

US-hours roles, worldwide
Full-time remote work with US companies, wherever you are based.
Free education and community

Takes about five minutes. Any email works.

Three tracks. One bar.
The Certified GTM Engineer ladder recognizes work at three scopes of decision. You pick the goal; we verify the level.
Owns: What should I build?
Workflow Builder
Turns briefs into working systems: enrichment flows, outbound engines, CRM automations. The execution backbone of every GTM team.
What it tells an employer: An employer reading this badge knows you ship reliable systems from a spec, fast, without hand-holding.
Verified through practical assessments: build from a real brief, review a flawed workflow, and walk us through your decisions.
Owns: How should I build it?
Systems Integrator
Architects the whole machine: tool selection, data flow between systems, failure modes, and what breaks at scale.
What it tells an employer: This badge says you can own the how: when systems fight each other, you are the person teams call.
Verified through system-design challenges: diagnose a broken multi-tool stack, redesign it, and defend the migration order.
Owns: Should we build it?
Revenue ArchitectPanel reviewed
Owns revenue outcomes and the decisions behind them: what to build, what to kill, and why.
What it tells an employer: The scarcest mark on the platform. It tells an employer this person can be trusted with the roadmap, not just the build.
No self-serve path. Reviewed by a founder panel with a dossier of real work, verified experience, mentorship, and a live defense.
Every track is respected work at a different scope of decision, and compensation grows with scope: public postings for these roles ran $127K to $250K in January 2026. Assessments are scored against rubrics by humans. AI tools are allowed in assessments because using them well is part of the job; the recorded walkthrough at the end is all you.

Questions from candidates
Does HighFives cost me anything?
No. Never. Not for assessment, not for certification, not for placement, not for listing. The education is free, the community is free, the credential is free. A certifying body that charges candidates has a conflict of interest, so we built the whole model on the other side: companies pay when they hire.
What is the process, end to end?
Apply with any email; it takes about five minutes. You get a personal link to build your profile at your own pace. A named person on our team reviews it and we reply either way. Then we interview you: a real conversation about systems you have run, not a quiz. If we attest your track, your profile goes live and you get a permanent public credential.
I am between roles and only have a personal email. Can I still join?
Yes. Any email address works, personal included, whether you are joining as talent or browsing as a company. You never need a work email to use HighFives.
What are the tracks, and which one am I?
Three roles, deliberately never tiers: Workflow Builder (what should I build?), Systems Integrator (how should I build it?), and Revenue Architect (should we build it at all?). A great Workflow Builder is not a junior Revenue Architect, the same way a great sous chef is not a failed restaurateur. Our scope questions route you; you do not have to guess.
What do I actually get when I am verified?
A permanent credential with a public ID, like HF-SI-2026-K7Q2, at a public URL you can put on LinkedIn, in a signature, on a resume. It is machine-verifiable: any person, recruiting system, or AI agent can confirm it in one free API call, forever. It can expire or be revoked, but its facts can never be quietly edited.
Who sees my information?
Nothing about you renders publicly until a human has reviewed your profile and published it. Your email address is never shown to companies. Until you are published, your profile is only reachable by the private link in your hands.
How will assessments work?
When assessments open: 75 to 90 minutes of real work, async, on your schedule. AI tools are explicitly allowed, because using agents well is the skill we are verifying. AI helps pre-score against rubrics, but a human makes every pass or fail decision, and every candidate gets substantive feedback either way.
