What HighFives is

HighFives is a talent marketplace: hiring companies browse vetted go-to-market talent, request interviews, and engage talent through WarmUp, Inc. When a company engages talent through HighFives, WarmUp, Inc. is the contracting party; the specific commercial terms of any engagement are set out in a separate agreement, not on this page.

Accounts

Buyer accounts are for legitimate hiring use. Candidate profiles are created by invitation, and by submitting a profile a candidate consents to it being shown to hiring companies and shared by link once published. Either side can ask us to close an account at any time.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, harvesting, or republishing candidate information outside the platform.
• No circumventing HighFives to engage candidates you met through the platform without an agreement with WarmUp, Inc.
• No misrepresenting who you are or who you work for.
• No abusive, automated, or fraudulent use of forms and requests.

Trust marks

Badges like “Vetted” reflect our team’s review at a point in time. They are our professional judgment, not a guarantee of any outcome, and we may add or remove them as circumstances change.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarmUp, Inc. disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability arising from platform use to the amounts paid to it under the applicable engagement agreement. Nothing on the platform is legal, tax, or employment advice.
