The talent and credential arm.
HighFives is a directory of vetted go-to-market talent from the US and around the world, the training that levels people up, and a certification that proves what they can do. Companies hire through us; candidates join free.
The mission underneath all of it is verification without a conflict of interest. A credential is only trustworthy if the person holding it didn’t pay for the verdict — so candidates never pay, at any step. The people who benefit from a strong credential are never the people funding it.
HighFives is a WarmUp company.
HighFives is the talent arm of WarmUp, Inc., a working GTM Engineering Studio in Indiana with paying clients. When a company brings WarmUp in, our engineers build their go-to-market system — or modernize the one they have — and help operate it for a time. Then comes the transfer, and that is what created this platform.
A revenue system needs people to keep running, and asking an already-full team to absorb a new one on top of their day jobs rarely sticks. So the transfer needs talent: recruiting a full-time GTM engineer, staffing someone who works with the client while employed through WarmUp, or training people up from new grads and career changers. HighFives is those paths, productized — and WarmUp can still build the system for you.
Three principles, one bar.
A human attests every credential
We use AI heavily in our own work and label it when we do, but a named person makes every vetting decision, on the record.
Only checkable claims ship
Nothing gets published on a résumé alone; profiles show real work reviewed by our team, and every credential is verifiable by anyone in one free API call.
The directory is open
Anyone can browse verified talent without a login or a demo call, because a credential is only worth anything if it can be checked freely.
This isn’t abstract community talk: we run Clay Club Indy and have taught revenue engineering at REVelry for two summers. Real meetups, real students, and a lot of them end up here.
Two ways to start
Hiring go-to-market talent, or building a career in revenue engineering? The door’s open either way.
